Easy to Use
Preparation:
Set temperature to 95 degrees
Add 2 litres of milk into bowl and heat for 15 minutes
Add one sachet of Arkadia Chocolata D’oro Thickened Drinking Chocolate (400g) into bowl and allow the chocolate to temper for 1 hour or until thick
Once the chocolate is tempered maintain temperature at 65 degrees.
