At La Crema Coffee we pride ourselves on three main things: Quality, Consistency and Service. La Crema Coffee is a family owned business and we have now extended our service Australia wide.
La Crema Coffee have introducing a new groundbreaking initiative designed to support the businesses that sell La Crema Coffee. Our support program, ‘La Crema Coffee Better Business Program’, is designed as a three-step process. Being committed to the program exposes your business to many valuable benefits that are steps towards making your business better. Then steps are Training, Marketing and Business Coaching.
- Training – With the right training baristas will be equipped with the knowledge and technique to brew the best quality coffee. You’re already looking at the freshest beans. We believe there are three reasons why people choose to buy – quality, price and service. We want to help you serve the best quality coffee so people choose to buy from you. Once trained, a framed Better Business Program certificate will then be issued and individual certificates given to each participants. There will be a training event every 6 months, however choosing not to participate in any training sessions at least twice a year will exempt the business from the following two components.
- Marketing – Now we are confident you are committed to great coffee. We want everyone to know about your business! We will mention you in our targeted media advertising. As a La Crema Coffee customer you will have our support and we wish you all the success in this adventure. After all, your success is our success! As a member of the program you will occasionally receive extra coffee to use for promotions within your store. Details of our marketing incentives will be announced prior to release, whether it’s social media or printed media so you are prepared for following up leads that have been created.
- Business Coaching – As the business manager or owner you will be invited to our hosted evenings by a business coach where you will have questions answered, learn how you can increase turnover, increase margins, maximise profit and so much more. This will be offered at no cost to you and is an ongoing initiative.
