Why Our Bean Is Different?
Origin
We procure our beans from more than ten distinct origins, including, but not limited to, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Guatemala, and Papua New Guinea.
Processing
At La Crema, we receive our beans in a washed and dried state, which varies based on their origin. In the Natural Process (Dry Process), coffee cherries are sun-dried while retaining the outer fruity layer. Conversely, in the Washed Process (Wet Process), the skins and fruit layers are removed prior to drying.
Blends
We offer more than five distinct blends, each featuring a diverse range of bean profiles that vary from light to dark roast, depending on the specific blend.
